20-Minute FTP Test

Pedal at the highest power that you can sustain for a continuous 20-minute period.

20-Minute FTP Test

Set a resistance or target power that you can keep pedalling at with full effort for the entire 20 minutes. Adjust these with the controls at the bottom of the screen.

The LAP button lets you keep an eye on your average power on each lap. When you’re finished, CAROL Bike calculates your FTP as 95% of your best 20-minute average power level.

Recommended to do once to measure FTP and periodically to precisely measure aerobic fitness.
